witterally the best i loved it best airport it’s a bit hard for them with the low amount of money they have

Looks like Pilansberg is going international soon let's hope so.

The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They will not even attempt to assist with any requests, the answer is simply just 'NO.' Suggestion: evaluate the integrity of the building structure, the central pillar is skew!

Worst experience ever. Systems were slow Now proper check in infrastructure Planning for large numbers are bad Had to wait almost two hours standing in a queue What about the vulnerable people Do it properly or don't do it at all

I have never experienced a worse airport. Sun City is a lovely place, but the reason it will never become a tourist hotspot is due to the poor transport links. Flight was cancelled, no alternatives and lack of care from all staff on the ground. Disrespectful and tainted what was a good holiday.

Great airport

It's a small airport but it's clean, professionally operated and it served the purpose of decently accommodating my 8 seater twin engine aircraft, plus the free transfer to Sun City resort is most appreciated.

Why is nobody cutting grass or cleaning this airport anymore?? Surely this is not the way it is supposed to look. Thank you for the friendly and efficient customs staff that made it a short stay..

Friends of mine had the worst experience on your airport today. Their flight was cancelled and they were stuck on your airport for 6 hours without food OR WATER. There is not even a vending machine anywhere in your terminal. Other passengers were stranded for longer, including a woman with her baby. Passengers complained to management who disregarded ANY requests. This is not the way patrons should be treated. You need to make drastic changes to the management of this facility as the behaviour observed today was unacceptable.
