You need to be a registered computer dealer to shop here. They are part of a national group and one of the large distributors feeding the industry. Their goods range from serves to camera and printers and peripherals. Of course laptops, desktops, monitors and components. The on-site workshop has a quick turnaround for repairs both in a d out of warranty.
Afraid this was a terribly disappointing experience from start to finish. I sent my laptop in to have the screen replaced and, after holding onto the laptop for 3 months, they returned it with cracks/chips in the screen - the screen also doesn't work. They just told me to take it up with the courier service despite the laptop having been wrapped in bubble wrap. During the 3 months they provided very little feedback on the timeline - we had to follow up with them numerous times before they responded.
Been batting for good couple of years to order from Pinnacle .But just never any stock on anything .Sale people don't know the difference between a laptop and a loaf of bread you just get know where with them.
Started buying for our office due to low pricing and quick service, have had 1 or 2 Warranty swaps done very quickly and professionally, they are happy to quote and assist and will often come out cheaper than other smaller computer shops. their Proline boxes are great value and have not had 1 failure over many years
I miss Annamarie Tharratt....she was always so helpful
