Pinnacle Health and Wellness is a team of Biokineticists, a Personal Trainer, a Sports Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Cycling Trainers who are passionate about sport and rehabilitation. Our main focus is orthopedic rehabilitation, sport injury prevention and sport performance. Through our exercise therapy we enable our clients to participate in their daily living activities and sports, pain free and to perform in their sport to the best of their ability. Group classes are offered in both Pilates and on Wattbikes.
