If they refer you to someone called Sylvia or Craig, go to another place. They took my money more than R5 000.00 and two years later still haven’t delivered. I’ve heard all the excuses and when I asked for my money back they blocked me. I’m really disappointed in the service.
Super disappointed. I requested a quote for branded tissue paper on 7 September. Mpho was my contact person. I had to follow up 3 TIMES with her telephonically where each time she said : "Yes I am busy with your quote now" . Clearly she was not busy with my quote since it is the 18th today and I have not received any quote from Mpho. I literally just asked for a quote on 3 rolls of branded paper. If this is how long it takes for them to just send a quote, then I would strongly advise not to make use of them.
