Placed an order for 2 pizzas, they had to call me back 2 times to verify the address. the first time they said we are out of the 5km radius. But we actually only 3km away. its been over 1 hour now, and we still have not received our food. Tried calling back, and the call center couldnt even get hold of the store. When we got hold of the store, the manager said that the food was on its way and that they only had one delivery. The food arrived eventually 1hour and 20min later, and the driver had to call but he was at the wrong address. what pathetic service
Pizza was 45 minutes late, so took almost 2 hours to arrive. That's not acceptable. We even phoned the call center, who's phone was so awful you can't understand what she's saying . The excuse was they only have one driver so he's slow
Why does there have to be a central ordering place? Why can't we just call in st the brach? Our orders are always incorrect. We never get the chicken fierynaise, but a normal chicken pizza. Placed an order now...besides the operator being totally rude, she got my order wrong twice. Let's see how this pans out today...
We are in our fast so we only eating veg. Went to order 4 veg pizzas at Pizza Hut Rivonia. Asked the guy behind the counter can he substitue the green pepper for anything else and he point blank refused. Apparently its against Pizza Hut policy to substitute toppings. I guess Pizza Hut is making too much money to actually turn customers away.
After many blah pizzas here in Joburg even from other Pizza Huts I stumbled across this Pizza Hut and gave them a try happy happy happy with my decision. Finally a pizza with the right kind of sauce and amount of cheese and sauce. Thank you thank you! I will definitely order again. Only problem I received regular coke instead of Coke no sugar. No biggie for me since I think my mother should drink water anyway
This is the second time in 100s of reviews that I am giving a 1 star rating. I placed an order and after an hour I called in to check up on that order. I was told that it was on its way. Still waited another 20 minutes. Nothing arrived. The person on the call with me didn't even politely greet me or say thanks/sorry but sounded so disgruntled. I was also trying this brand of pizza for the first time. After this experience I went to Pizza Perfect that took my order Parkview so professionally, the line dropped and they called me back. That's what you call service. The fact this Pizza Hut has survived so far is beyond me. Seriously get new management.
They make some of the best pizza and always have great deals. Love the creamy chicken and Mexican chicken pizzas. The free delivery using their app is a huge plus if you live or work close by - works out about R70 cheaper than Uber Eats/Mr D.
Delicious pizza. We got there during just before closing time and one tlof the staff members was khanyisa forgive the spelling. She was welcoming, patiently explained all the options, menu and specials to us and was super polite. She was never impatient or made us feel rushed or bad for the fact that we came last minute. It is definitely my favorite pizza hut thus far.
Please explain to me...how after placing our order. To wait 20 mins. Only to ask for our order and have a very confused look on the staff's faces. The staff putting together the pizzas had the most confused looks as they didnt even know about making our pizza! And we weren't the only frustrated and hungry customers in the 50 mins while waiting.
Very nice pizza, I like mostly creamy chicken or chicken and mushrooms
