Order: 6 wings and 1 23cm spare rib pizza This star is for their wings - spice is really nice but somehow they lack some salt Pizza: total disaster. It was very watery an burnt. I honestly regret this order. The wings made me feel a bit better but that even come close to the almost R300 I paid. I am honestly thinking unsatisfied and won’t be making any future orders to this specific store.
Can't ever go wrong at Pizza Perfect Vorna Valley. Since new management has taken over the quality has definitely gone up. The pizzas live up to the name. Staff are really friendly and you can see that it carries into the kitchen.Food: 5/5
I just ordered a special at Pizza Perfect for delivery. Received the wrong order, sent it back and received no feedback until I checked online to see the order has been cancelled. 2,5 hours after my order placement I am still hungry. Never using Pizza Perfect again. cya

Pizza came 2 hours later. Phoned the shop and was told multiple lies, and eventually that there was one driver. When the driver came, credit card machine was broken and he didn't have change, so expected exact cash.
The staff are there to get a paycheck. They have absolutely no interest in service or even acting like they are interested in customer concerns.
Fantastic pizza chain. Tried everything on the menu and was not disappointed. I buy something here at least every two weeks.
It's unfortunate that I even have to click this one star. Placed my order online and paid for it as well. After 25 minutes I went to collect, to my shock I was told they couldn't find it, and then I was told it was given to someone else and they'll have to make another pizza for me! The level of incompetence is overwhelming!
I had the worst service starting with the phone call to order. Until I received the pizza. I got my order after 2 hours. The staff is incompetaent and the manager has no idea what is happening in the daily running. I was so dissappointed. Ill never go to this pizza perfect again.
I get an sms to download the app and get 40% off my order. So I downloaded it, logged into my profile and couldn't place an order. Tried for an hour before calling the store. Spoke to the manager, unable to assist. If your systems are not working, don't inform me to download the app to place an order. Waste of my time.
