There are so many different things to choose from. I think they need a bigger shop then get a better and bigger variation. Love this shop

The shop is well stocked. Two white ladies very unfriendly and absolutely do stare you down. I mentioned it was my first visit, yet when I asked questions they pointed me in the direction 'with their eyes' and definately they were not interested in me. I got the feeling it's because I'm an 'older' lady. I will shop there again BUT only for the products!!!! The black lady however was friendlier.. Overall, the service experience sucks!!

Staff is always friendly and ready to help with the customers wants and needs.

I am very disappointed not only by the staff but by Louise the store manager. I spoke to her over the phone about a complaint that my brush applicator for Gel Precision topcoat was clogged and the bristles were stuck together, thus I can't put it on. There was a 15 minute time frame between thw time of purchase ans return. She asked the lady at the shop if she can't get another applicator, they didn't have the right size. Then Louise said that they should tell me to go, there is nothing they can do. I'm disappointed by the bad service I got. I'll probably never come back again.
