I found they had more storage and organizing options than another well known plastic storage company. Was able to get what I needed. Staff friendly and helpful.
I have found this store to be a great find. Lots of things available for your home organisation as well as things like kitchen utensils etc. The quality is not the best but then most things are cheaper than anywhere including Westpack. I am a repeat customer.
Been to this store twice and both times have had a terrible experience with the staff. Both times I've been here to get table cloth cut for me. And each time I've had to ask A FEW staff members to assist and they say they coming and they never come. I've had to wait at least 20 minutes for assistance each time and when they eventually come dragging their feet, they still have an attitude. This is the last time I'll visit this store thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff with wide range of products to choose from
Such rude staff! One bumped into me so hard while I was looking at something, didn't say a word. And serious attitude from the lady at the till... Will stick with Westpack Lonehill.
