Haven't received any water bill from them. Evertime I go in and ask they say it's going to come soon. We bought electricity on Saturday morning with an immediate payment and it Sunday afternoon and still haven't received any electricity, yet our neighbors do it and get there's straight away. Now we going whole day without electricity and have to buy food

They've been sending the wrong water bill for over 8 months. We reported it telephonically and via email. They've given no response nor fixed the matter but are very quick to give threats about it not being paid even went as far as cutting our water because of their own error and incompetence. Even after paying they still refuse to open our water

Platinum Global has carried me well for the past year. I love how they do business.

Be very careful before having anything to do whit this company, they change terms when ever they feel like and if you do not agree your water or/and electricity will be withheld. They do not care and definitely do not mind whatever circumstances they leave you with. Ill be without electricity for the rest of this weekend.

I do not recommend this agency, we had problems with our w&l bill increasing from R600 to R2200 from one month to the next and the only response you get is they can only charge us what centlec gives them, but as the agency I would hope they would atleast investigate the problem and the other thing is the tariff rate per unit changed each month and by alot

Wasted my time. Did not pitch to appointment made the previous day and made me wait 40 minutes and never came or explained. Disappointing and unprofessional
