Following my previous experience with the company, I had since received a call from Mr Chris Burgess who followed up on my case. He promised to look into the matter and had arranged to visit my place for assessment and services. I appreciate the response from Mr Chris Burgess. Business is highly rated, so I thought I would request a quote for bathroom renovations... didn't get that far... R300 call out fee before I can get an idea of how much it will cost. Nevermind...

Poor driving- HJ 91 TL GP

Called on Monday to book and appointment at 12h30 Wedensday. Come Wednesday I waited for 1h30 while first being told that the plumber booked was busy and could come the next day. After organizing another team they still did not pitch, all the while being told they were coming shortly. What a total service failure. Update, Mr Burgess called to resolve the issue and offered to right the wrong. Thanks for calling back. I will consider Burgess in the future

Very happy. They are clued up and the guy saw a problem with a pipe fitting that can be moved downwards to avoid another flood, he was proactive and helpful!
