Wayne came out and did a camera inspection and made sure I understood everything. His solution made the most sense to me, I'm not a plumber but I am am accountant and understand the basics. The next day a 3 man crew showed up at 8:00am sharp and got to work. Paul, the foreman was very impressive. Not only did he explain everything and answer every question, it was clear that he cared a great deal about doing the job the best possible way. His integrity was clearly demonstrated time and time again as he kept me informed on every step. I asked him to please also check the main line under the house as our house is 62 years old with iron pipes so while we had the front patio dug up I wanted a full inspection. He had me watch the camera inspection and pointed out pretty severe build-up in the pipe that caused stagnant water pools. This was clearly not good. There was also one hole in the side.l recommend Wayne and his Team
Wayne and his team did a good job after three different plumbers failed to locate what was causing blockages in our premise they did cctv drain camera inspection and locate that air freshener container is in sewer line. I recommend Wayne and his team l am very happy
Wayne came out with all his so called sophisticated equipment. I asked for a video of the pipes and the blockage, he gave me a video recording from a phone of his guys working in the drain! LOL. A week later same toilet is blocked and he wants more money after paying R6500 for supposedly unblocking the pipe. He used a high pressure hose and a roto rooter which I thought was a little to excessive at the time but paid for it. I wish I had read the google reviews here before because I see someone else has had the exact same problem with this unprofessional plumber. AVOID Them. Don't waste your money with this plumber. PS: You were paid R6500 to unblock one toilet. I asked for a camera inspection and a report. You game me attitude and no report.
