I would like to say a big thank you to Debra for the excellent service she gave us. she was friendly helpful and really went the extra mile. then also for paulus you really know how to pack a bakkie. you have provided excellent service. We bought a lounge suite for R16999 and it was presented to us as a stock clearance sale, when i came back the next day to indicate that i no longer want the lounge suite because i hated the colour, as it was not yet delivered, i was told that no refunds are accepted and that if i insist i will forfeit 20% of the R17000 that i paid cash. So i felt there was nothing i could do. It was delivered 2 days later, 1 cushion had a tear that was hand sown, the delivery people placed the cushions and everything in such a way that we did not see the damage. Now 3 days later we discover that we paid R17000 for a damaged lounge suite that we cant even get a refund for. The quality of furniture they sell will dupe you into believing they are a reputable furniture shop but the way they conduct themselves, i have lost all respect for them. I will never in my life even look at a window of this store. Disgusted at how i was robbed of R17000

Thanks Kamo for the great service, much appreciated. You have been so helpful since day one when placing the order for my coffee table, all the updates the follow ups until I receive it. Even for replacing a part of the table after realizing that it had a scratch. Thanks again. Keep up a good work.

I visited this store more than two times at Kollonade, bought a server and couches. I received an excellent service from Portia, even if I wasn't sure which ones to choose, she patiently assisted and gave me ideas.

I bought a leather lounge suite a year ago and to this date have not had the privilege to enjoy my lounge suite. At first the incorrect lounge suite was delivered, thereafter I had a problem with one cushion which after the 4th time returned, I am still waiting for the correct cushions. The stitching was badly done and at one stage was the one cushion smaller then the other cushion. I cannot believe that the quality control at the factory is so bad! This is now 5 weeks later and I am still waiting for my 2 cushions!

I went to the store on 5th and was interested in a sis drawer white dresser. We asked the lady that was assisting is we can get a discount. She indicated that the manager has the prerogative to do that. We asked that she vall the manager who was smoking outside the store and seemed annoyed to be called while smoking. She came and started talking to us a few meters before approaching us indicating that she can only discount so.luch. while we were about to negotiate she was already walking away from us to go finish her cigarette. We then asked the lady what is happening in the middle of our discussion the manager just walk away. We couldn't get an answer. We then left the shop and find her smoking and we asked her why did she leave us just to rush for a cigarette. Said then said she thought we were done talking. We told her that she was rude.

The shop could not deliver after they phoned and arranged that the delivery was on the way. I have travelled from Pretoria to Johannesburg. I phoned Portia and enquired about the failure to deliver as promised earlier in the day. She could not explain and I asked her to put me through to her manager/ess. She refused. She stated she did not know who the manager/ess and that she did not know his/her telephone number. The overall service was POOR.

They have beautiful furniture with a great variety in quality and prices. The service was also excellent. They helped me find a couch and tv stand in the colours I wanted.
