PMB Electricity Dept

SHOCKING!! I've been calling continuously for the last hour and they just do not answer the phone! I don't understand it, are they deliberately ignoring the phones or are they just not there. Yet they are supposed to be open and available 24hrs. What is the point of this department.....its a joke!

I've only ever had prompt and appropriate service. The staff are largely helpful.

They do not answer their phones. You have to go to another building a few km away to make payment. Not user friendly

These people never answer their calls when they are needed.

What a disgrace as a visitor to Maritzburg from Johannesburg to come to this desater in Maritzburg. This is actually becoming worst for so called Kwa Zula Natal I dont have words to our government making people and children suffer like this.

no electricity from Saturday 18:00 , today is Tuesday 02.02.2021 still no electricity in Panorama Gardens. This department is basically useless, no expertise at all, it takes them forever to get things done, they basically don't care as what the public goes through. Call centre shouldn't even exist, they never answer the calls and when they do they know absolutely nothing, Unreal, unbelievable and very frustrating. what a waste of public money.

Absolute worst service ever!!!! They cut our power accidently and when we call to report it they say they will send someone out and if it is not repaired call this number!!! Almost 24 hours without power and no one has come and no one ever answers that number or they answer and drop call... Just a whole bunch of people getting paid to not do their job. Very very frustrating

People who work here are the most useless bunch of people i have ever come across, we pay for lights but half the time we don't have. Besides that when you try to phone the call centre nobody ever picks up. Put people there who can do their jobs.

Completely useless department. Nobody answers calls. They answer and hangup just to ignore you. Place also locked even when they should have been open. Not even a sign on the door to indicate why.
