I always go this PNA and I love the shop but always end up walking out because they have a poor selection of Cricut products and vinyl.
Prices are always incorrectly marked on the shelf. Stuff rather argue with you than fix it.
Great shop. Theres really a wide range of products and they sell things you won't easily find elsewhere. If you are looking for school supplies or art supplies theres a good chance they will have what you are looking for.
A good variety of stationery, books and art supplies. They also stock gifts. Staff are generally friendly and helpful
Lovely store with huge variety. Unfortunately I was overcharged by nearly R100 on my purchase. Phoned the store to let them know and will go back in the week to see if they will rectify the problem.
I recieved the best customer service from an employee named Gershwin. I had a long stationery list for my son, I wasn't sure which isle to start at, he came up to me with a smile & offered to help. I gave him the list, he collected the items for me & I was done with my shopping in record time. It was my first time shopping at PnA at Baywest Mall, with employess like Gershwin, I will definately be back!!Great job guys!!

Lots of fantastic craft and stationary supplies! Wide variety of goodies to choose from a fairly reasonably priced.
I was at the store this evening and wanted to print 6 documents in total. I managed to get 4 printed then the machine did not somehow pic up my other bluetooth request I even emailed the documents at 18:50. I was then told by the lady who help me that the boss switches the connectivity off at 18:30 due to no prints normally done at that time however when they were closed the other lady told me that they switch the connectivity ofc due to some clients wanting to print too many documentation which holds them up Now not funny or anything I understand that they have lift club and all that however what about satisfying the clients who can't manage to go to the shops before 18:30 to print important documents ? I used to work in retail intact at vodacom shop bay west and I for one never turned the client away as it is pure business but tonight I was sadly turned away due to their connectivity being switched off now I don't have the important documentation that I need for tomorrow 7am. Thank you PNA you have lost a client which will not support you at all again.
