Thank you Mbali M for your assistance with the brainline school books. You went out of your way to contact othe PNA Branches for stock, kept me updated and send me a list of where these books are available and told them to keep them for me. Again Thank You. You are definitely the STAR OF THE MONTH
Always happy to shop at this PNA. Unfortunately today wasn't the greatest expierience. The lady that rang us up - Mbali K. Off the bat it seemed like my presence was an annoyance. Due to loadshedding we had to wait quite some time as there is poor network inside the mall. I even made the suggestion that a store person can walk us out, with the goods until the transaction goes through. Mbali K opsed my idea. No problem with that but you embarrased me by the way you acted my dear. I am not a thief. I felt so bad, you even hid the bag behind the counter? Asif i might grab it and run away with it? I had my pentioner mother with me! This is not the first time someone complained about you. I waited patiently for my card to go through and that was it... You won't miss my business i know but i always enjoyed shopping at this store but i am afraid i am too embarrassed to go back.
I always experience great service. Awesome customer service from staff. You will never go wrong at this branch. I have never been disappointed at this branch. Keep up the good work PNA Carnival
But they don't have a lot of books u need especially reading books and textbooks
PNA is one of the most welcoming shops, they are very friendly and they make sure that the customer is well served and satisfied. But today I had the worst experience I asked for assistance on one of the staff ladies and she was annoyed and rude to me, the way she was talking to me I felt very small so I decided to leave her. Her name tag was written mbali k Some white lady who came in was complaining about the same thing, she asked for a manager and then she went out. They were laughing at her saying "Mele ancengwe ubani". It was humiliating
It's pretty good, they have a big variety of stationery and hobby supplies. Sadly, they don't check when they sell things to you that they are not damaged, and then warn you so if you did not notice the chips on a glass item, you could then choose to not buy it or buy it anyway. Once you get home and notice it, you then need to go back! Yes we should check ourselves, but it would be great for them to check and warn you!

So i came in here with such a heavy heart and so much worry because i was doing last minute stationary shopping! Thank God for the relationship PNA has with Curro Helderwyk. They already have the list of all the grades and stationary was pre-packed in a box for you to just carry home. A gentleman even assited me with text books. As i stood in the line, he was walking around looking for textbooks and checking against the list. Cant remember his name but grateful to him for making this daunting experince so easy. He wore a blue nike cap yesterday
Absolutely amazing prices and beautiful products to choose from.
New premises at Carnival Mall, I found all I needed by asking ons lovely lady- she directed me!
