This Pick n Pay has just about everything you need, if you can find it. Employees are uncertain about their own products . I was looking for something in the Electronic's department and a total of 5 employees helped me. Correction-I had to ask 5 employees that were lounging around. I also was looking for some paint, also, asked 3 employees. Eventually a lady and her children helped me Who do not even work at Pick n Pay, yet she knew more than the employees There are many products without prices, and the supposed price scanner was completely broken and in need of an update as the screen displayed. Cashiers sit at the tills talking to coworkers, but when you want to pay they tell you to go elsewhere because they are busy.

Reliable & safe shopping. I gave them 3 stars because their fresh vegetables & fruit is not up to standard.

If it was possible to give less than one star I would. This branch handles the fulfilment of online orders...well that is a a misnomer if there ever was one. My order was supposed to have been delivered today 1pm latest, five hours later not a word or a delivery! If I can advise anyone it is to rather make use of Checkers and never use pick n pay. Checkers, if they are late automatically credit your delivery fee, you dont even need to query. Pick n Pay service is like the post office....non existent!!! At least Eskom gives us electricity even though its not dependable. So if you dont mind the poorest of service then make use of this pick n pay or rather save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Everything is as it should be. The service is good. Shop is usually well stocked and clean. It could use a revamp tho. It needs a bit of freshness. Nothing to complain about tho.

Rudest employees I've ever experienced. The variety of goods is really great and you can save a lot of money buying here, but the staff at the tills are so rude. This Pick 'n Pay closes at 6 for some reason. Smaller Pick 'n Pay's close at like 7 or 8, but this massive one closes at 6. They still let you in 5 mins to 6 and don't let you know they're closing. Then you're met with staff at the till literally CURSING and yelling at you. No man. Don't let people in so late and let them know you close at 6, or extend your business hours. This is why people prefer Checkers. Sies.

Safe parking, helpful staff. Nice and clean shop. Very large pick n pay. Good fruit and Veg. Very good smart shopper deals. Very well stocked. Freshly baked goods are nice, love their pies, very tasty, the cheese buns are good here as well.

Large Pick and Pay store with everything you need. Wide open space to move around. With Christmas in the air they need more till staff and end of month makes this shope very full. Chose your time wisely when coming.

Staff is very rude, they kept walking into me and just stare at me, they gather I group in aisles and you have to walk around them to not disturb their chat, and the lady at the till shouted at me because the till was closed but there was no indication that it was closed, it was a very disappointing shopping experience.

The worst pnp hyper to shop at...there hasn't been a single online order that I haven't had issues with...waited over a half an hour for them to tell me they can't find my order, eventually it comes out after an hour and still to have some items missing from my order. Manager is nowhere to be found. Then I still wait 15min in a queue because half of the tills are closed...PNP Hyper Montana definitely much better.

I can't NOT recommend this Super Market enough. About every two months I go back here to see if there has been a change in the quality of service. And everytime for the past year and a half I've been disappointed. Today I had to wait 26 minutes for a refund because of incorrect price labels. The all round magnitude of apathy regarding customer service at this branch is saddening.
