Pnp Hypermarket

One of the biggest PnP Hypermarkets in town. Convenient for all your grocery needs. Neat and clean. They have a Clothing section, as well as a large household appliances/tech section. Fresh fruit and veg. Quick service at the express tills. There's a Wimpy next to it. And some other smaller stores. Fruit and Veg next door.

Very crowded Pick n Pay, It does have everything a Pick n Pay should have but way more. When you walk into the mall you are already inside Pick n Pay Hyper, and if you turn left you can find other shops, the mall is not too expensive but can sometimes cost a pretty penny. There is also a hockey field near

The shop is spacious and clean. Unfortunately some of the cashiers are not very friendly . The other big concern is the ladies bathrooms always have a bad smell. It's not very neat as well. The guards at the parking lodge are they from a private company? They not really watch the vehicles. They all standing at one point waiting for customers to come out of the center. Then they all storms up to you to push the trolley. My question is they not supposed to be at the row pointing out to them to oversee to the vehicles.

This pick n pay has great selection of varieties... while it may suit some people, it's far too large for my liking as I like to get in and get out. But when there are specials, they have great ones

The revamp and the abundant space to walk through just works. Well planned layout. Even with stuff stacked in between aisle sections still very easy to move.

The service at this branch is so bad. Today for the 3rd time I have gone to this store to purchase a special. I have been told yet again, it is not ready meat If you advertise a special, why do you not prepare accordingly? I waste my time and petrol to drive to you only to be disappointed EVERY Time. The other incidents were random, eg. HTH Chlorine that was on special, no one knew about it, all your staff just looked like no one was home when asked about the special. Another time the same happened when you advertised Wors - The deli didn't know anything at 9am in the morning - I was then told its sold out - IT WAS THE FIRST DAY OF THE SPECIAL, AT OPENING TIME, I ask you ,how was it sold out? Your staff is also very low on the list when it comes to Customer service, they don't know the meaning

Enough space to shop, otherwise it was quiet, couldnt get what I was looking for.

Love the new look store. Feels spacious. Only two issues for me. Fix this and the shop will be 5 star. 1. Slow moving pay points, always backed up and to little tills working at peak hours. 2. Sorry, but a smelly meat section is not conducive to good sales. My perception is that something is always off. Not nice.

Was at pnp hyper brackenfell today. Saw a deal with the coffee Jacob's being 630 on a bulk saving. Found this where all coffee and tea is kept have vedio and Pic to prove my case. Nothing states there that it for bulk saving clients only that first time hearing of something like this at pnp. Even having all the prrof on vido and pic she told me and my mother a 65 year old lady shoping with me the time. Supervisor told me look the it's written in big and yellow if you can read. I mean I sere it on shelf for that price why must I look for this big yellow thing saying bulk savings deals to open new saving blak card that take 48 hour 2 register. I'm so upset that the staff talk to you that way with disrespect.
