Needs to be renamed, now it's boxer Long Queues need to be managed because this supermarket is mostly visited by travelers, but their service is best especially their beverage coolers, deli, fruits and veggies
They lacking on lots of customer service training,their level in this instance is very POOR just experienced it now and Im disgusted. If it wer up to me I wouldn't ever use their service ever again. SIIES MAAN you'd swear they work for free those ladies the way they treat customers
Your service is disgusting!!! Its actually appalling. The staff is unnattentive!!! The parcel counter has no order. The baked goods are stale... When you ordering ready made foods it takes forever just for ONE STAFF member to atleast attend to you. The floors are always dirty. The cashiers are always pre-occupied in unnecessary childish gossip. The store is NOT properly well laid out...it's clusstered actually... Fruits and veggies are below average. Pick'n'Pay marble hall either needs to train its staff or change its staff. Very pathetic. The new Big Save around the corner oozes more clientele and customer service than you guys. As the consumer my rights should be heard... Even your manager is pathetic and slow
