Didnt even book an appointment. The receptionist was rude and not welcoming at all. This instantly put me off booking an appointment, do not want to be seen by a practice that treats its customers with no professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff are the face of your practice , do better! Disappointing.
I would highly recommend Yusuf. I had an appointment this morning and was welcomed by his friendly staff, followed by professional service and advice. He took his time to explain everything very clearly and addressed all my queries and issues. 5 Star! Keep it up.
Had an emergency but could not be seen without an appointment. Some flexibility needs to be applied....luckily another doc was available

Dr Yusuf , has awesome ability to connect emotionally to his patients especially with the Elderly. He has a sense humor and is very compassionate and does not rush to get to the next patient.

Yusuf is a unique therapist.. extremely patient qith esp the elderly... explains everythinh very well... the only difficulty is gettin an appt as hes often fully booked
