The lady is fairly knew but she offered great customer service. It will be my regular spot for nails.
Wow! What a HORRIBLE experience. My friend’s wedding is in two days and so three of us made an appointment to do our nails. We arrived on time only to find that they were busy with other walk in clients. We were very rudely and reluctantly catered for after we asked to be helped as per our appointment. The bride to be was helped by a lady that had to attend to her selfie session, eat a sandwich and a banana before and during her arttempt to complete a french ombre gel that resulted in an incomplete neon pink mess because she could no longer complete the nails according to the picture shown. Her toenails are luckily hidden by the wedding dress because they are cut scew and smudged. My thumb’s bed is bleeding and burning. Beatrice did my nails and she was so rude and impatient with my requests. I tried to to be extra nice to her to just not continue injuring me or mess up the rest of the session only to receive sighs or be ignored completely. You have succeeded in making us feel like garbage and a nuisance instead of pampered and recipients of a lovely enjoyable service that we booked and paid for. Sies!
I did gel on own nails. I dont even want to give this nail salon a star. The worse experience ever. Beatrice also did my nails and they only lasted 2 days before they came off. I went back and again they lasted another 2 days. I was told to send a pic of the nails which I did and the response was just as rude. I was told that gel doesn't last forever. Really?!?Ofcause it doesn't but clearly yours is not meant to last a week let alone 2 days. As for the attitude I got when I arrived at :16:50 after I called at 4:00 saying I need to get them removed. The ladies turned me away saying they are waiting to knock off while they had their bags packed and sitting waiting for 6pm. I then made an appointment for the next morning. They didn't soak off my nails instead they filed the gel off which took 15 min and was half done. When I shared my experience with colleagues and people that I happen to speak to in the mall, the feedback was that Polished nails are known to be rude and the nails are not properly done and ofcause the products are even worse. Before you go there ask around the mall and you will ear horror stories about Polished Box. I can with long nails and left with soft brittle nails and money down the drain
Phoned for appointment and they forgot. Could not be solved no attempt made even by owner to assist.. JUST SORRY LADIES....
Their work is good and they use quality products
Wife was very happy and enjoyed the experience, well recommended.
They are very professional
