Purchased food from the deli to get sold extremely old stale fries and a curry that smelt so off, smelt sour... Not impressed, and it's not the first time I have had issues with deli staff... They need to understand they also in charge of quality control... Not only serving customers... I'm very sure she would not have bought what I had bought if she knew everything was off... I run a factory and accountability for my staffs duties are enforced.. Why not at pick and pay??? Also way too pricey.. 2 days ago I bought chicken foldovers for R24.90 and today its priced at R35...

Just bought greek salad for lunch and its full of sand i cant even chew it the leaves were not washed at all, there are so many wrong things with pnp deli i have never had a good expirience with their deli/ready to eat food what a waist of my money from now on i am buying my lunch at hayfields.so annoyed

This shop constantly sells substandard products They wait until 2 weeks before the EXPIRY date to put the items on sale. I even bought tinned fruit salad s and unfortunately i noticed on the last fruits that it was black in the bottom. I found rats on the fridges last year and they wanted to sue me rats that had been there for months. The next day there was meat that was grey in their fridge and the expiry date was 2 days time so obviously their dating is wrong. It's very sad because there are factory workers around Mkondeni who due to time cannot shop elsewhere . Only the alcohol shop is well ran. I would advise you to always check the expiry dates and to not buy any fresh products..but like i said even the tinned fruits were bad..AWFUL AWFUL SHOP but the non managerial stuff are great . The employees are super friendly. Some of them have been cash register operators from 2001 and they're still at that position so definitely the staff in MY view are not treated fairly BUT THEY WILL STILL SMILE AND ASSIST YOU

A nice Pick n Pay, Conveniently located for the residents, plenty of parking and stocking most amenities. It is decently maintained and gave a favorable impression when shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I bought 2 cooked chickens from Polly Shorts Pick n Pay about 2 hours ago and both chickens were extremely raw. I am so annoyed and disappointed. This was supposed to be our dinner!!

So disappointed. Go to this shop so often but still get treated like they are doing me a huge favor selling me stuff.. Seriously thinking of not going back

Baked goods not up to standard,milktart had a bad taste and not what milk tart should taste like

The best friendly service, and the only supermarket where you get first hand interaction with the owners.

It was okay but cashiers have to learn if the person who has already paid ,orhers are waiting to be served !! .
