Polokoane Garden Court

Checked in today and I have to say your service has deteriorated from the last time I was here. From getting me a room with a roof facing balcony while I asked for something facing the pool to pasta with too much garlic, to a cleaning lady who just randomly starts cleaning the carpet right outside my room and banging on the doors and walls along the passage. I can't wait for check out hopefully I can find another place to book for tomorrow night.

The rooms have been revamped and they’re looking great. Their selection of foodbuffet was incredible. The stuff was super friendly, professional and proactive with solving issues.

It needs a revamp and restyling. Service was not great, the rooms were not ready when we arrived way after 14:00. The food was terrible, the tripe was not washed clean, it was sandy. Lack of variety in tetms of food.Rooms: 3/5

Quite an amazing place to be. Food was on point during our 3 day stay. The room was cozy and quite large. Aircon was a bit dated and slightly noisy, but very efficient in cooling the room in that Polokwane heat!. Service was great and the staff were amazing with our kids. Parking was a bit of a challenge, which was quite expected as this hotel is frequented by a lot of professionals. Pool needed a bit of cleaning especially leaves and bugs. Water was clean though. All in all a great stay! Rooms: Very clean and comfy. Aircon a bit noisy but very effective Safety: Quite safe. But I am sure parkinh safety can be improved. Walkability: Rooms are areanged in a tree fashion and walking around the property is quite easy Food & drinks: Very good buffet-style dining. Lots of variety and selection alternated quite frequently.

I am disappointed with the service beyond the reception desk. Going to the rooms the bathing water is under lukewarm to cold, not a nice experience at allRooms: 5/5

The lady at the reception has attitude, and their service was not up to standard, I asked for a simple thing such an iron but they failed to bring it after having went down to reception to ask for it .But apart from that everything is ok , can't really complainRooms: 5/5
