Thank you for the cold street wise 2 with pap that i recieved "cold hard meat x 2 pieces and the mash with no gravy super dry while my ladies food was served nicely HOT and fresh prepaired it was a street wise 2 with chips and i odered a standard zinger wings aswell that was not fully cooked. -i will then generously Go and spend my salary at a different kfc then. in a different area.
Customer service is first class. Feel free to pass by. Their patience is one of the best in assisting.
Service can be slow at times. Food always tasted good. Place is clean. If you ordering take aways check your order before you leave!!Recommended dishesZinger
Tjeerr I am and have been a supporter of KFC, but KFC Savannah has disappointed me shem.i have ordered twister duo tjeerr it was almost empty. Lol the twister was skinny mind you this is my favorite meal n I buy it everywhere I go. Tjoo I can not even size the lettuce or whatever vegy that was inside. I could only hear the source.i am hurt hle iyooo
Their service is very quick. When seeing that the queue from the drive through is getting long the person taking orders gets out of the booth and take the orders by foot. They start preparing your order while waiting to pay. They are friendly.Food: 4/5
We ordered a meal with mash. They told us that they don't have mash. We have to pay the full amount for the meal. We asked to exchange the mash for anything else. They told us they couldn't do it. It is not my fault they haven't had mash. Not acceptable to pay for a substitute if they have had the food they advertised. Will not support them anymore!!!
They really struggle with stock availability. Their main product is chicken so you would expect them to always have that available, but that simply is not the case. Also the chicken you do end up getting is absolutely soaked in oil and tastes unpleasant. It's sad to see a franchise like KFC being managed like this.
The worst ever waited there over 30 mins didn't get our food. We ended up asking for a refund. There's no organisational skills displayed. Staff become rude to customers yet they aren't doing their jobs properly.
I bought 4 streetwise 3s and received 1 street wise two out of the 4. The ladies are too talkative amongst themselves and don't take care of orders.
The delivery woman was very friendly and quick, the food tasted great too. Everything arrived intact.Food: 4/5
