Firstly, the service is very poor. I don't even know the name of the host, she neglected to introduce herself. Got to the room, no tea and coffee as promised when I was making a booking. I had to go and ask her myself, just as I had to ask for the wifi password promised on the site. Then she gave us a few, literally a few even though she could see we are three as per booking. To top that off,she further said she can only give us a limited number of coffee and tea. We then went and bought our own groceries, tea and coffee included. There was no housekeeping, mind you we slept there for two nights. They offered braai facilities but upon request I was told there was no wood. and it was left there. On the morning of check out, she knocked on my door just after 9am to tell me that we must check out by 10am but when making the booking, check out time was 11am, which I then requested while making the booking that my check out time be at 12 noon. She told me she has no knowledge of that. But she sure had knowledge of my money that was paid for the accommodation. Honestly, if I knew all this would happen, I would have taken my money elsewhere. NOT A SUITABLE PLACE TO STAY IN WHEN IN SUMMERSTRAND, P.E. SERVICE EXTREMELY POOR. I'd give them a 0zero if I could shame. Rooms: No housekeeping services, very bad Safety: Their Dog almost bit me, if I did not close their door which they left open while there are guests Food & drinks: They offered tea and coffee on the site but was given only 8 sachets of sugar, 4 of coffee and 2 of tea. For 2 full nights. Oh and no milk. We ended up buying our own Noteworthy details: No front desk, not even friendly staff. It's a total pass when looking for good accommodation.
Awesome place with swimming pool not far from the beach for walking very well communication very good skills ect ect. I would go back anytime and every time
