Posh Wash Laundry Service

First they didn't call me to fetch my clothes even though I had specified i needed them in the morning, the next day. Then they lost my laundry bag, which had all my underwear in it. And they lost my 2 trousers and a scarf. The staff was unbothered and very blasé. I still haven't gotten any call about my stuff. They deserve negative stars if it was possible. Trash service.

As with your previous disapointing reveiws I too would like to give a negative star rating. What a shocking experience we had with this organization not capable of accepting responsibility for gross inability to provide a paid for service. I took in 2 white blazers and both came back with pen marks all over. I should have read the rest of these reviews before falling victim. Please do not bother with a reply as previous unhappy victims

Excellent service, friendly, staff, always clean, when enter the store. Lovely music, playing. Ironing, professional. Thank you

Dropped my washing off and asked to pick it up the next day. Went there and they were still busy. They told me an hour. So I drove home. Came back an hour later and they were still not done. Made me wait another 30 min. No sense of urgency. Staff didn’t care that they had caused the delay. Only reason I give one star is because I cannot give less. Will not support this place again.
