People are standing in the cold and can't receive their approved money including myself. The manager Lerato is so rude and she is refusing to give people tags and says the post office has a lot to deal with and not the R350. She later says she doesn't work for Sassa but works at the post office. She attacked me in public while i was recording her a video to show the how we are treated by our own. She almost dropped my phone and sprayed me with a sanitizer spay on my face in front of everyone. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
I recently went there to renew my license disk, whole process was smooth, I was done in under 20minutes.
Went there on the 6th of March was so disappointed to find only one till working ,all the till were given to Sassa clients ,we waited on long cues for service ,I only came there to collect some documents poor service
These people are slow and lazy to work, we've been waiting from 11-12 just to see if there will be loadshedding at 12.
Very sour service. They treat customers like people asking for a favour. I'm not happy with the service at this place whatsoever.
