Tellers service was satisfactory. Sanitizing at entrance: good with a person dispensing it to ensure everyone who enters sanitises. Highly disappointed to see the floor mop used to wipe counter tops used by users. Cleaning buckets, mop stored near entrance. Area with postal boxes has a permanent stench of urine, has nyaope types smoking in broad daylight. Public safety? The general state of the post office declares a lack of management. Is this the respect we deserve as the public from people in authority?
Terrible experience. The tellers are just standing and doing nothing. Three of them. People who are in the post office to post are in the same queue with the people who are there to collect grant. It doesn’t make sense. Disappointing service
