My recent experience at the Gonubie Post Office was mixed. While the staff members were willing to assist an elderly couple with their SASSA application, I found their level of service to be subpar. Additionally, the lack of convenience in having to make copies and complete all tasks in separate locations was a bit frustrating. However, I must commend the helpful gentleman who made suggestions and went above and beyond to be of assistance. I also believe that it would be a considerate gesture to let elderly individuals move to the front of the queue, given their age and potential mobility limitations. Overall, while there were some drawbacks to my experience at the Gonubie Post Office, there were also moments of helpfulness and compassion from certain staff members. With some improvements to service and convenience, it could be a more positive experience for customers in the future.
Visited here to renew vehicle licence disc; friendly, helpful staff assisted without any snags. Great service!
If I receive an important letter on 2 February that was posted on 15 December, how can I ever give you more than 1 star? We never receive parcel notifications. Many parcels are returned because you just don’t do your work.

Unprofessional, arrogant and unfriendly, if I can be allowed to mention the lady I would be glad to, she ignores clients on purpose. She thinks she owns that post office.
The system is more OFF -LINE than ON -LINE . On numerous occasions the phone remained UNANSWERED ! Service delivery BATHO PELE .... PATHETIC !
