Post Office

My mom just came home from the tembisa plaza post office at this time 17.34pm, since she left at 7:00am. I had to send my sister to go and check up on her then she found her hungry and sleeping on the benches but she didn't even get the pension money and this has been going on since January. They just told her to leave her numbers then they'll call her back. Why are you doing this to our parents.? It's sad that my mother told me that there was a lady sitting next to her on the benches looking so thin and about to loose her mind due to hunger... May God fill your hearts and understand that our parents are human beings and they've feelings treat them with respect and I would like the government to really assist with the fraud that's happening because my mom is now not getting paid

poor customer services, i have been calling at the post office for more than a week and no one answered my calls I even went there to collect my parcel but when i got there they told me to go home and i tried to explain to them , they just said go home i was disappointed, i got sms and a letter saying i should go there to collect but when i got there they send me home

Poor service; the lady cashiers are rude; whatever you're quieing for takes two hours or more.

STAFF HAS NO WORK ETHIC,LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE,POOR SERVICE DELIVERY, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE FOR A GOVERMENT BRANCH. LOOKING FORWARD TO NEVER SEEING THAT PLACE OPERATE

is there a number where one can actually get hold of your branch ? because the one provided never goes through
