Post Office

The post office ran out of A4 envelopes for registered letters,this is where the improvement must be done..The procurement dept should lift up their socket..

If I could give a negative star I would the worst serivce in all my life living in vanderbijl. The guy in the pink top is an employee at the post office at 12 decides to go to lunch without notifiying us and just leaves us hanging after 30mins and if you lose a slip don't dare try to get help from the employees cause they will say you lost the slip with the tracking number intentionally they "Not going to look through the letters they have". So if you can I don't recommend this post office at ALL!

I haven't experienced their service in the building, but I have been trying to phone them since opening hours. The call gets ended without ringing. I tried calling 6 times and nothing happened.

Want to renew my car license disc . wife went in and security show her where to sit. I arrived there and then they said they can not help us due to the time.the lady at the counter were rude and said it's not her problem that the security show my wife the wrong line to stand. So we must come back .

How pathetic! Its Monday morning and only one person behind all those counters!! Service are pathetic. Close the place down... no one would even notice. What a joke. People sitting in a queue and waiting. I cannot believe how bad it has become. You do not even deserve one star!!!

What can be said about the post office. The world slowest service and the most careless staff on earth. Loses more parcels due to the theft from staff, than any other postal service on earth. There are a few gems though, Willemien and Angie, are just two of the ladies that still believe in hard and diligent work.

Been trying to phone them for weeks for a parcel I have been exoecting from November 2020. Why must I drive out all the way, when a phone call is easiest. The phone rings and rings and no one answers. This is really low.

This post office like many others looks like it's been through the great depression and the second world war, and hasn't been touched since, there are 15 or more counters where one could be served but only 2 employees, one of which is usually not visible, and these days a line of people going outside around the corner and past the police station all waiting to be helped by the two people inside, one more thing that bugs me is that most of the accounts and letters we are supposed to receive either arrive three to four months late or not at all.

The anwsering service is pathetic !!!!
