A government department and a Post Office getting 5 stars seems unbelievable. I went in dreading long queues and bad service. It was quite the opposite. I got served very quickly with my query about a parcel I was expecting. They asked me to sit while they tried to track it. They came back showing me a print out that it had not come to them yet but said they would follow up and phone me the next day. To my surprise they did just that and had the parcel for me. Well done, keep it up we need more workers like this in our government departments.
There is absolutely no social distancing on the outside. No one was ever informed about the post office moving to a different place, and the almost never answer the phone. Plus you are so afraid of trying to collect any kind of money due to theft, bribary. They cheat outside, they push infront of you the whole time. The take their colour more of a priority. I AM NOT A RACIST AT ALL, but i feel its unfair to some people who waits longer and others gets help before. Yes disabbility should be a very first priority.
Terrible experience! Nobody to direct customers. Customers waiting at collections without being re-directed to another counter. Cashier ignoring customers. Staff appears like they are doing people a favour to attend to them
I sent international parcels, they did not contact anyone just sent them back yet i gave all information needed for the reciever, was too late because i was already back in S.A now they dont want to refund me or help me get my packages back. Absolutely pathetic service!
What should I do if I want to work at Post Office? I'm doing Reservation and Front of House Officer course which includes Practical Bookkeeping and Introduction to Business Accounting so I'm looking for a job related to this course to approve my personal skills. Thank You.
There isn't a 0 rating so i had to put 1 star. Phone them and they answer and then put the phone down in my ear while talking due to it being lunch time and after won't answer the phone. Rude and terrible customer service.
It doesn't even deserve 1 star so dissatisfied with their service never receive my parcel which got delivered in Jan . Can't get hold of any1 to help me .. really angry too
