First time visiting the office, after seeing the bad reviews I expected the worst. To my surprise, I saw professionalism, customer service, elderly were given preference. Keep it up Randfontein post office. To the lady who made sure everyone is seated at the right queue, to the lady by the parcel counter...thank you for taking time to make my first visit a pleasant one
The service is very poor shame I've been trying to replace mi child's card they always on off line ...3 consecutive weeks with no help and then they told me there is nothing they can do...how can you render service and say there is nothing you can do??it was my first time there, I'm so disappointed....I don't know if the tellers know that every transaction they do it has it's percentage from Sassa or traffic department...I suspect that they switch off the machines...brand Manager please do something about this we can't be suffering because of this laziness.
The service here is terrible. I lost my phone two weeks back and two of my business parcels from China are sitting at the post office. I went there twice asking if I can be assisted through my cellphone number or ID number and none of the tellers were willing. It's disappointing really.
