Post Office

I have been calling the office for 3 days with regards to my parcel - they either put down or direct me to automatic options. I have orders needing to go out and my products are just sitting and with no help from Kemton Park Post Office - COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE

I have a percel delivered on the 13th of June. The post office is closed. I've been going there every week to check if it's operating even today. Calls are no being picked up, e-mails not responded. I don't even know what to do anymore.

Can some please advise when the post office will reopen .. I have a parcel that is stuck in Kempton park P.O from May , of which I was informed recently about ... I urgently need to know when we can be assisted regarding this .... please

Bad customer service. I went to collect my money yesterday. After queuing for the whole day they tell us that there's no money. Today I came very early as the security instructed, only less Tha 20 people have been helped since. Sitting outside now for more than 6 hours without any help

The worst I ever experienced in my 63yrs on earth. 3 Weeks ago they notified me of a parcel from GB. i went there they said it was stolen at Isando. Both parcels although they only notified me about one. So, Thu, 19 Nov 20 they notified me about a parcel from GB different listno and different amount payable. I phoned from 12:00 till 16:00, no reply. I went there Mon and they said it was the same parcel that got stolen. I indicated the no and amount that differs. The supervisor couldn't answer!!!!

I GOT A MESSAGE TO PICKUP A PARCEL BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS OR WHO IT IS FROM SO I CANNOT TAKE A CHANCE TO GO HENCE ME PHONING TO CHECK. NOT EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS PICK UP THE PHONE. WHAT A CIRCUS. NOT ONE PERSON WORKING THERE OR NOT AVAILABLE I CANNOT SAY. THIS REVIEW YOU ALSO CANNOT POST WITHOUT ADDING A STAR! WELL THIS START IS ONLY THERE BECAUSE I NEED TO GET THIS MESSAGE OUT.

Post office services are very poor , I have been going there to collect my ID every Friday which is the only time I have. Every time the system is not working if the system is working you will wait for three hours in the queue the go back home without getting it. Last Friday I stand in the queue around. I don't understand how in a middle of a pandemic there's a long queue outside the post office ...only 1or2 stuff members helping with the covid grants... Honestly this is poor service. More stuff must be hired for effective progress with the distribution of funds.

I had a book from Amazon, that Kempton park post office informed me by sending a slip to my office address: -First the slip arrived to me so late. When i called the lady said i have one week to collect and otherwise return of item! -Parking is hard to find! -In post office hall, ventilation is so poor! Air conditioners dont work! There was one small fan for one of the tellers only! Lucky that teller! And its a COVID19 time and ventilation is important! At least windows??? -Most tellers didnt have a chair to sit! So what about Occupational health! I just think if the manager of this unit doesnt care about his/her employees then how we expect he/she care about clients! -Staff were nice

i keep going there looking for my parcel which if i call other post offices they say that parcel is at Kempton Park and they say they do not have it. i am beginning to feel like these people do not care about the time and resources of the clients that they put trying to follow up on their parcels and yet its the service provider that should be calling to give them feedback about their parcels
