I am impressed, was helped by a gentleman regarding my SASSA over the phone he gave me the details I required, very friendly & polite.
No respect for people who are on crutches and clearly has problems standing!! They make you stand outside in long cues regardless your condition. And then sends you away to come back the next week even online it stated that you its okay for a certain date. They should correct their information online then as well! Service is very poor!!!
Wish i could give this a - zero star! I have a letter that was sent off for me by registered post on the 24th November 2020. To this date 10th December 2020, i am still awaiting delivery of the letter. I have emailed with the reference number 2 weeks in a row - NO REPLY. I cannot get through to the post office on their telephone number, every day for the past 2 weeks. Typical of our SA government workers, right!
Short queue yet waited about 15 Mins. Had 3 kids with me, you should consider a separate queue for people with kids and the elderly.
the service is very poor...they have been offline the whole week...i called to check if they were online and they said yes and when i got there they offline..i used uber and it costed me money to get there...i think they need to work on their customer service.
I'm the only customer, and I still have to wait 15 minutes before one of the 3 chatting staff members offer to serve me.
Won't go there again
