Would rate zero stars if I could. Office closed even though according to their operating hours should be open. There is also a sign inside that their eNaTIS system to renew vehicle licenses is temporarily offline, but it has been off so long it is not temporary.
The people working here, I'm sure they don t like their jobs, just doing it for the money, system is more offline than online, apart from loadshedding, they never pick up the phones always rude to customers... Eish just problems all the time
They have no regard whatsoever for customer service.They take their time when servicing no matter hw long the queue is.now that they accept cards,only 1 speedpoint working.Why hasnt it been fixed yet?.Ul b lucky if u find 2 people working at the counter n yet there r 5 cubicles.Every time i need to collect my parcels there,i feel like dying.They neva even smile
They do not attend to phone calls,maybe they are short staffed,are postage stamps no more available at post office?
Slow but helpful service and only accept cash. Motor vehicle licensing system also currently "broken" Dec 2017
I've been here for nearly 40min. Still waiting for them to find my parcel. When I walked in there was no one in sight. SERVICE IS POOR!!!!
Useless .. . No telephone manners doesn't want to give me her name She stating i have no name cant believe she is treating customers like that
