Has been an absolute pleasure working with Postnet Raslouw. I came to them to print on a canvas, as they are the most affordable option. They also conveniently block your print for you at no extra cost. Donovan was very competent and communicated with me thoroughly through the process. Will definitely recommend.
Louis Rocks customer centric. Focused snd Astute. However you have a wanna be model there. Useless. Digging her ear, hitting her head useless at wrapping. Louis keep the lights on u serve as ambassador.

Expect that you will have to wait a bit before receiving service. They offer quality services at an affordable cost and stock mostly modern infrastructure. I'll absolutely recommend emailing them your files as it's much safer than using a memory stick.
I posted a parcel overnight courier and still hasn't arrived and I have asked Lillian to help with the code as I am out of the country and still no help. Pathetic service and total lack of communication. The books are laying somewhere in Bloemfontein and I have no clue how to get a code. Maybe someone can help me get the parcel to the address .

Arrogant staff that don’t even great you, and when they print it they don't print it on the cardboard or paper you asked for. The older woman was very sweet the previous time.
You decide... Shop is empty. I walk in. As I walk in the lady walks to the back. There's a guy at the printer making copies, no acknowledgement from him whatsoever. Lady returns from the back, chats to the guy at the printer then she turns, can I help you? 'Am I invisible? I ask. She replies irritated, 'can I help you...' No apology, nothing... I am collecting two parcels, I have one tracking number which she can't locate in her book. She asks where's the parcel from, I says its from an online purchase with RunWay sale. She finds one, under the counter. I advise her that both packages are from the same place. 'We receive many packages, we need a tracking number,' she says. She couldn't find the package when I gave her the tracking number initially.... Then her cellphone rings, 'hello my angel...' Are you kidding me! Since when are customers ignored and your cellphone takes priority? This branch used to be my Postnet of Choice but will I use this branch again, absolutely NOT. Check your cameras dear owner around 15:15 today.
Assistant was friendly enough, but sooooo slow attending to me... and staff talking loudly to each other, felt a bit chaotic, like my custom wasn't that important to them. Tighten that up a bit and you'll be 50% better. For now I'll rather go to Saxby.
