FMCG is a very nice and neat place inside and outside the premises but my 1 star rating is because of the following reasons which I've encountered for the past few weeks at FMCG. Security at the gate: when we as truck drivers get to the gate inspection is done as part of the procedure fine we get that. What we don't get is the Security guys who are inspecting trucks at that moment telling us to return to the truck yard because our trucks have very very very slight dust from the gravel road of which we drive on to and from the silos we load at. To find out that the trucks have no oil leaks or anything that'll affect the product to be offloaded. Now because of the very slight dust on our trucks we're told to pay in order for us to enter. Like yesterday one Security guy told me that if I come back today and I don't have anything for him he'll make me return to the truck yard just because I don't have money to pay him. Co-workers: when I entered the premises the first day I asked one of the workers if I could take a quick shower , he had no problem as he directed me to where the showers are. Second day when I wanted to take a shower some other guy told me that truck drivers aren't allowed to take a shower but if I want to take a shower I'll have to pay him. So now the question is, how is it that after I had to pay the guy out the rule,"truck drivers aren't allowed to take a shower in the premises" no longer exists? I don't really know if reviews are paid attention to but could this be attended please .

Very nice and clean FMCG, i worked there as a Tanker driver for 10 months.the site manager is very strict and could monitor safety himself in a hidden spot, i enjoyed working there then i resigned and serve my notice with great attitude to the management.

Nice place and clean
