Service from Kimberley branch where "Hassan" is in charge worst pathetic service i have ever seens they are build on lies and you get no value for your money. Wasted R6000 for couches that I cannot use because they refuse to give my my pillows which was made wrong for the 3rd time. I was thrown out their shop physically brused by a shop assistant which was ordered by Hassen to do so. They refuse to deliver my defected pillows made by their warehouse. I am without a lounge suit for almost 2months and they just tell ne to F..off This is customer service they are an excuse and a disgrace . Avoid dissapointment do not buy from them they will take your money and leave you with nothing ..They must be so ashamed. But if you deal with monkeys you get peanuts !!! Big lesson

Poor service , lies and deceptions. i have a bed from them which the basement was exchange twice and a delivery guy was more than three times at my apartment , now the manager does not want me to speak to the owner , to explain what happened from the beginning. They all liars and scams just trying to get money from people, would never recommand anyone to consider their services, they dont even have communication skills ,never in my life was i ever treated so bad!!
