The roses was delivered on time for my girlfriends birthday of which 2 to 3 head was already hanging. The next day half of the roses half of the roses heads hanged. I complaint and was told Monday morning the old ones will be replaced. Long story short bad service experienced and no apology call was made to my girlfriend as I requested.

I don't think this place is operating at this address any more
