The place is clean except for the blinds and windows are not clean. The curtains of the consulting rooms needs to be put on tracks. Some areas need to be cleaned. Otherwise the service was good. Friendly staff and Doctor. Bhima. I was seen so quickly after trying the hospitals. Mt Edgecomb and Umhlanga. Seen on Monday 29/03/2022. Treatment was good. Thumbs up to Dr Bhiman Today the place looked so clean. Spacious. Airy. Consult time was short. No long wait. Dr Bhiman was kind and courteous. What a fine Doctor. Professional. I definitely will be consulting with prime cure for all my immediate medical care. Good work Melanie.
I received affordable, quality healthcare. It's a little rough around the edges but when it comes to medical services - the staff know what they're doing, are kind and very helpful.
The reception is good. Your details Re taken quickly and you wait. Yesterday I had family who were waiting for me. We waited for a very long time to be seen by the doctor. All the patients who came before me were all seen and had left. They clinic was very busy. Anyway I was eventually seen. I am glad for that.
A week ago i had called in to request help for treatment . I was greeted by a friendly person who could not assist me further due to mentioning of covid restrictions, however being startled she did say that i should hold for more assistance. I thought it will be a dead end there because if she who is the first to response couldnt how would the next person react to me saying covid. Upon greeting and speaking another friendly young lady helped with such compassion and emphathy i was overjoyed . She mentioned that since i am in my quarantine days i should finish it because it was just 24 hours more which even if she didnt say i knew it to be fair not to risk anyone's life , further explaining the service as well as saying the dr is experience and will be able to help me which indeed he had. On arrival from melanie registering me to the both nurses patient care as well as the doctor who treated me did live out exactly what melanie had spoken to me on the phone that day . She was the last to bid me fairwell when issuing my meds , to top my experience the greeting from the start to the thank you at the end will forever want me coming back to this place i will call home. Thanks primecure im better before i can even leave your love towards people cured me this passed saturday. On behalf of my family kind regards.
Wow... I felt so welcome from the receptionist, the nurses and Dr Bhiman my overall experience with friendly helpful and quick staff. I am grateful I chose Prime Cure Clinic.
It's a great clinic that's both affordable and good service levels, the Dr's are really experienced, staff helpful and friendly. There are a variety of medical services available, from dentistry, a general practitioner as well as x rays done in house, this is all located in an easily acceptable area in the Verulam cbd, with wheel chair acceptable entrances. For your next Dr visit, do check out the prime cure clinic.
Dr Bhiman is the best. I cannot thank him enough for helping my mum.
The service that I received yesterday at the prime cure clinic was amazing and all thanks to Melanie, she was very helpful and friendly.
Amazing staff, you get out already felling better. No1 in Verulam the doctor knows his stuff
