I never receive assistance when I go to this service station, and that happens 5/7 days in a week. It seems as though the familiar faces/regular customers get helped before anyone else, which is quite frustrating, disappointing and disrespectful.
Disrespectful staff unable to satisfy customer needs was helped at my next stop wont go back again regrettably bad choice of service station
My alternate pitstop in my area. The customer service is excellent and I enjoy the small talk with the fuel attendants. This service station boasts with an on the go coffee shop, Car wash, and servicing garage. They also have a Nedbank, Standard Bank, Capitec, Absa, and FNB ATM. The corner shop called Primrose causes quite a problem in trying to access the service station. Many patrons of the corner shop doesn't respect the allocated parking bays on the grounds and hostility is common when faced with these situations.
Very very very very rude staff, they act like they doing favour on you, they don't smile at you they don't give you any answer if you ask, very bad service
I tried to use the standard bank ATM But both was not working
great for late nite the supermarket at the service station is open till 11pm daily
Staff very helpful always doing their best to help.customers
Service not really that great. Not really that lawful with the prices.
