Dealt with Tashneeqah Erasmus as a first time publisher. Absolutely customer friendly. Patient and informative. Always responding to calls and emails promptly. In fact the whole atmosphere at their office seemed friendly and welcoming. Kudos to them.
If it was possible to give more stars I would have. When my little newspaper was still just a dream, Ernestene was ready to help, give advice and explained the process. Then when it came to the last little details, she picked up on the mistakes I have made and they fixed it and made sure it was in the right format....only for me to change the layout again, and they had to redo that fixing without complaining. Every phonecall and email was always answered promptly and I was treated as if I was their most valued client and after what I've seen, this was a tiny little print job for them. So Ernestene and team, I salute you. I sincerely hope I'll have the confidence to try my hand at this again...and Print on Demand will be the only company a will contact.
We've used Print on Demand twice for printing books written by my grandfather. The service is always prompt and friendly, and the quality of the books are excellent. We're always surprised by the turnaround time - the books are delivered fast and carefully shrink-wrapped. Would recommend to anyone - 10/10.

I placed an order for journals but what I sent through and expected was not what they were giving me. I had to cancel as the cost for what i wanted was way too high. I asked for feedback regarding when I will get it, initially Nathan ignored my email and today when I cc'd Tashneeqah I just got a response to say the Director is out of town and he will follow up with him. How vague can you be?! Payment is always expected immediately but refunds are treated as though I dont have the right to be asking for my own money! Pathetic experience
