This place is beyond special - every year there is a camp in December called "Summercamp" and the Manager and his family are able to well feed and accommodate over 800 teenagers !!! The owner of the trust for the camp site raises his own money and plunges it into Christian camps on this camp site each year !!! This place is absolutely incredible and has so many memories for so many people!
Always a tranquil peaceful experience. Excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff that loves to serve people.
I hope that they will be able to stand up after the COVID effect, there is a lot of maintenance that will have to be prioritised if they want to keep the camp building in good order.
From my experience this is one of the most awesome sites to visit when camping or having any other outdoor occasion or event. It's very safe, very clean, super relaxing and it is one very addictive site. A negative aspect may be the mosquitos and bugs during the summer, but otherwise, this is indeed the place to be!!!
A lot of space which is my 2 stars. Found two dead sheep in the river. Had to call someone to get it out. 1000 of flies which I understand, but from the owners views just a heads up or maybe have some repellant nearby. Looking forward though for the upgrades on the turf wrt new rugby fields. Kitchen was clean and bathrooms also. Well done on that
Amazing place to share with friends and family especially programmes .Really had a good time
The facilities there are old but still usable and I like that it dedicated to the Kingdom of God
Neat and tidy, but was cold as can be!!! Sleeping quarters kind tight...
