Maryke was amazing, I really felt lost and out of place. When I met her I was scared because i thought I would be judged for my feelings. What a revelation.. after just 3 sessions I could already feel I was changing and I also noticed how my view of the world and of people changed. I took a leap of faith to open myself up and be honest about what was really going on inside of me ...and it worked. Maryke made me feel comfortable in my own skin and to accept myself she gave me the tools to be able to learn and grow and not be afraid. I really feel this was the best thing that I did for ME and I can never thank Maryke enough for helping me realize my worth.

I had the normal 2 hour sessions for a certain weeks about 2 years ago. I Think it was 8 weeks? or 10. Mine were about 14. She didn't charge extra for all the extra sessions. During " locktime". Recently I was desperate for help and messages Maryke. She made effort and helping me for free , because she cares. Life coach and person. She send me WhatssApp recordings, calming techniques, 10 stars. When I walked into Maryke's office the first time for my free session, I didn't even want to search around anymore. I just knew, Maryke is the one. She helped me through a difficult time then. and was willing to help me a year of what later, when lockdown anxiety kicked in. Bless you Maryke. I had quite an experience with Maryke, first of all it felt like I have found a new lens of looking at life. Maryke has helped me identify the core of things that i have struggled with for the better part of my life. Going to one psychologist after the other and drinking happy pills was not what i wanted to do anymore I wanted to change ,how is that possible if you don't know what the problem is. She helped me with exactly that , adressing the problem and dealing with it to enable me to move on. Teaching me skills to improve in the way i think and act ,which became visible to my Husband , friends and family. I am not the same person anymore. I learned to look at situations from another perspectice and changed in how i used to adress everyday challenges.Although its difficult to face your fears and work through it Maryke was patient and always made me feel at ease.
