Life lately Let's catch up with a not so mini dump
My flight was delayed in Ndola and the communication was poor. The Ndola PA systems are awful. The customers were kept in limbo and we were all thirsty and hungry with no communication. Do better, customers who are paying so much to fly need to be treated well.
Good morning. I had a good flight but had an issue that I needed to report. Upon checking in at O.R. Tambo, our bags were secured using cable ties. But upon arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International, one of the bags didn't have its cable tie on and was missing some gym gloves that I purchased the same day of the flight. Another strange thing is that we found a tube of colgate herbal in our bag that didn't belong to us. All this was on that one bag. The other 2 bags were not tempered with. I contacted Proflight and was told to send an email which I did but got no response. When I call, they always refer me to the next person and nothing happens. Would still like this issue to be resolved.
The flight crew are excellent. However, there’s always one bad apple that makes your experience terrible. Customer service stopped picking up my calls after not transparently telling us there was a hold up. It’s understandable that flights get delayed, but there’s a way you speak to customers politely. No apology and sounded a little annoyed when taking to us…sad part was that it was a treat for my parents to get on a flight for the first time and the whole thing got ruined. Thankfully they still got to their destination, thanks to the amazing pilots and crew.
I love Proflight, however my experience on two occasions wasn’t very pleasant. The air hostess Christine was very rude, for someone in the hospitality industry, her attitude is 1/10.
Good customer service, though they could be more efficient
When the booking is smooth and straightforward, no issues with Proflight as they are efficient. As soon as clients encounter a problem, they become hostile and do not want any accountability. I have heard from various people on how they were treated. For example, not compensated for flights +connecting after being denied boarding because of invalid covid certificates when in fact they were valid. Still waiting to hear from them regarding giving me a meat meal when I requested vegetarian. No apology has been sent yet. When luggage is delayed, they refuse to compensate for out of pocket expenses. All these issues and no improvements yet! It discourages us then to support local.
The service was great and so was the snacks served. The air host was very patient and even when I asked for more he didn’t hesitate to assist me. The flight captain was great and interactive as well. He would say where we were and we should take a look through the window to see some landscape and he had a nice voice too . Only would criticise the make of the plane as the seats were a bit too close and tight.
Excellent interpersonal experience but very poor to responding to emails and calls and WhatsApp messages
Very good customer care. An airline of choice.
