Tenant applications feedback for a rental are absolutely atrocious . I've NEVER heard or seen such . Working as a Rental Manager myself its a bit frustrating to experience such. The turn around time in my office is 20- 45 minutes depending on sufficient documents and references, If there are not sufficient i email the tenant or let the Agent know asap . Applications should be a priority as they bring in income Commission . No feedback is given to you , you have to follow up ALL THE TIME . Having 4 days left to month end and still nothing from the Agent to simply say You're approved or you're not find something else . Application takes +- 3 days .I'm sure if i didn't call or follow up i would have not been told anything. For such a big company guys that is a disaster .I'm not sure who was incompetent there - The Agent or the Admin lady . I then called the Principal letting him know of that I have experienced …. And he said OK ii will call you back … He didn’t call Blue Ice Properties on the other side literally told us in less than an hour of application and we will be renting from them.. Pull them socks up people !!!- your service sucks !
