This establishment has good customer service but can be very much difficult during peak hours or especially end of the month since everyone loves shopping there. Overall are you need you can find with reasonable prices.
Bought a cake for my daughter's birthday and was told to collect it at 11:30, they took all the specifications but when I went to collect I had to wait 30 min and it was completely different, not what I ordered... I had to leave with the cake because I was expected elsewhere. I called in to complain, the lady that answered at Protea Gardens was nice enough but of no help whatsoever. So I decided to call head office... unbelievably rude!!!!
The best meat and service love this place
The cleanliness is not up to standard,queues are long but they very fast
The experience was of an average level, I got what I needed but there was nothing wow about the experience. The staff could learn to be nicer but then that's the standard we have come to be okay with in the townships
I've had a great service rendered by the people working there, trying to find ways to make your shopping a great one. Kudos.
Loved shopping here, there was a lot of options to choose from and their meat looked fresh. The service was amazing as well, the ladies there are friendly and ready to serve. The shop is also very neat and clean!
Better organized TODAY the 31st Dec 2021, well done, there was order and staff were very helpful, in doing GOOD SHOPKEEPING... I bought leg quarters, paid then took them to the back for cutting, seemless service... Thank you!
I bought beef trotters and Mogodu yesterday, i cooked them for almost 8 hours but still tehy were not owk, and brother of mine experienced the issue, i was so disappointed as i had guests in my house. Cau you please look at the stock that is currently in the fridge, as customer's we are not getting the value of money we spending there.
The butchery staff assisted me in a professional manner as well as the cashier. I know that sometimes it gets very busy months end but there's always someone to help on the floor.
