I bought my first brand new vehicle 2 yrs ago and wanted to protect it. Ceramic coating seemed to be the way to go. My options at the time were to go with a brand "Professional Ceramic" company or Protouch as they had great Google Reviews. I decided to go with the brand "Professional Ceramic" company because they should be the better option in terms of workmanship and brand quality. I was wrong and deeply regret not using Protouch in the first place. I have been using Qiyaam as the original Ceramic coating company closed down and I am so happy with the service and workmanship. They have great attention to detail and Qiyaam sends regular videos and pics via whatsapp, updating and explaining what they are doing to my car as they do it.Services: Full body wash
R1200GS windscreen restored to almost new condition after years of fading and neglect. I contacted ProTouch via WhatsApp and got back to me almost immediately. I took the windscreen to Qiyaam, who had a look and talked me through my options. Never tried to upsell me or send me down a rabbit hole. He gave me a price and got to work. Updates along the way were very nice, kept me in the loop during every stage of the job. Final product came out better than I had hoped. Some remnants of the deeper scratches, if you look at it in certain light there is a bit of swirling, but honestly is as good as a brand new windscreen for a fraction of the cost. You would never notice a flaw while on the road. Great service advice along with the service itself. I would confidently visit Qiyaam for a detailing job again! Thanks Qiyaam
Qiyaam is very passionate about detailing and knows his stuff. He has a great eye for detail and his team did a great job on my car. Worth noting that this company works from home so not the usual comforts of a commercial office, if you're waiting for example...not that this should put you off, just plan accordingly
Qiyaam is an expert in his field. I highly recommend his services. He is friendly and professional and communication is on point. His pricing is quite good considering his knowledge and experience.
Qiyaam and his team at Protouch are definitely the best in the business, hands down. Extreme attention to detail, bringing a cars paint work back to life. Very happy with the expert service I received. I bought a second hand car which as expected would be noticeable and show signs of age and wear and tear. After taking my car to Pro Touch I received a clear and concise explanation of the services and the experience and knowledge of Qiyaam through my conversation with him was clear from the start. Needless to say that my car now almost looks like a new car and I am glad I took it there. Will be returning to and recommending Pro Touch.
Got my car ceramic coated and detailed here. Use it for regular maintenance and detailing washes. Great service, owner is highly knowledgeable and explains in detail what is done and why, great value for money. Highly impressed with the workmanship.
