Small town with 1 short main street where you find the restaurant across the police station. As you would expect in a small town like this. It took more than 1hr for me to get the pizza as they served local customers first even though they arrived after me. I had a pizza which was not in the oven long enough so tasted like raw dough gave it back to the kitchen staff to sort it out and gave it to the hungry boy on the street. The 1 star is for the beautiful relaxing garden after a long drive and the other for the friendly waitress. As for the overall service i wont come back here! But again maybe they didn't want me there.

What a gem, in a very very small town! The owner and chef, Johan, goes the extra mile, even with loadshedding! And the cherry on top was the decadent Chocolate and Cuppucino. We even popped in, just before we left town, for a final coffee and cake!

Lovely garden atmosphere and pet friendly too! I enjoyed a quiche while my doggies stretched their legs. I definitely recommend stopping over here!

The Proviand Burger was excellent!! Staff are friendly. Love the vibe. Garden is peaceful. Although it's next to the main road, it's not too loud

Beautiful little restuarant! Anyone travelling through must stop by for a cup of coffee or lunch. Lovely service and beautiful garden to sit in.

This restaurant had a posh name but thats about where it starts and ends. There was a lot to be left desired in the cooking of the breakfast and coffee. Alyhough it was pleasant outside we had to arrange our own chair and table.

Great food & coffee. The gem of Griekwastad. Kid-friendliness: Also has beautiful garden where our toddler could play after a long day on the road.

Interesting history. Staff friendly. Value for money.Service: 4/5
