What a friendly bunch. On exit we were greeted and treated respectfully as they checked our vehicle for whatever they look for. In our case all the usual luggage and camping related items.

Considering this is the most expensive campsite, I was astonished at how derelict the place is. The bathrooms are old and smell musty and the pipes which are still the original from the sixties, keep leaking. Thus some of the hot taps are permanently off and thus they are battling to keep enough water in the dam for all the large herds of elephant and buffalo. Apparently the money is better spent fighting poaching, yet in the week we were there a buffalo was poisoned which resulted in about 100 vultures and a hyena being poisoned too. This campsite desperately needs new ablutions but even a paint job is better than nothing. Campers spend a lot of money for the privilege of visiting the park. I think we deserve better.

The very best place I like is KNP, Kruger is very relaxing I always visit here to have my time alone. Good support services.

It's a very good place to visit and user friendly. The stuff is so awesome I lost a phone during my visit in 2019 I got it back in 2022

Friendly and effective. Won't however use it again due to the Phalaborwa road from Pretoria/Jhb in way better condition.
